To enter, simply upload a selfie to Instagram that shows us how you MoroccanTan. Be sure to tag us @moroccantan and #tanselfie when you post your pic.

Stuck for ideas? Your pic could feature your Moroccantan Salon Setup, you with your MoroccanTan product or even a customer with your MoroccanTan product or spray tan results. Our judges will be looking for the most creative entry!

Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this promotion is BSB Pacific (the Promoter) (ACN 132 075 515) of 10 Apex Court, Thomastown, Victoria 3074.
2. The Promotion commences at 11:30am AEST on 23 April 2014 and closes at 11:59pm on 1 June 2014.
3. Entry is free and is open to Australian, New Zealand and United Kingdom residents (Entrant). Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the Promoter’s suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Entrants can enter more than once, providing that each entry is unique. To enter the Promotion, entrants must be following Moroccan Tan on Instagram at instagram.com/moroccantan and then upload a picture relevant to the competition requirement, “Show Us How You MoroccanTan”, tagged @moroccantan and #tanselfie.
5. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Each Submission will be reviewed and judged by a panel of BSB Pacific’s marketing and communications personnel (“Panel”). The Panel will judge each response according to how relevant and creative it is. All decisions of the Panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. There will be one winner, who will be announced in a comment under the Instagram entry. The entrant will be required to supply their contact and postal details to MoroccanTan via Private Message on the MoroccanTan Facebook page in order to claim their prize.
8. The total prize pool is valued at $545 (AUD). The winner will receive Moroccan Tan products to the prize pool value, comprising 5 bottles of MoroccanTan Original or Exotic Collection Solution. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
9. By entering this Promotion and submitting content via Instagram you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content. You authorise the Promoter to use content from your Entry on the Moroccan Tan Facebook Page and Instagram account.
10. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the prize.
11. If any prize remains unclaimed after 14 days of the winning Submissions being announced, BSB Brands may deem that the winner is ineligible to receive the prize. In that event, BSB Brands will reconvene the Panel to determine the next most relevant, creative and inspiring entry from the relevant Pool and the entrant who submitted that entry will be deemed the replacement winner.
12. Information on how to enter, prizes, and other details contained within promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion should be deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. BSB Pacific reserves the right to adjust the Terms & Conditions as required at any time.
14. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to BSB Pacific and not to Instagram.
